All Seasons started in Leander in 1984 — a truck, a toolbelt, and a handshake. 42 years and 5,000+ projects later, still family-owned, still earning every customer the same way: word of mouth.
In 1984, with a background in engineering from Texas A&M and a belief that showing up matters more than advertising, Peter Toomey started All Seasons Deck & Gazebos in Leander, Texas. He wasn't building a brand — he was building decks, gazebos, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces, one backyard at a time.
He showed up on every single jobsite. Not sometimes. Every one. Over forty years, All Seasons grew almost entirely through word of mouth — an 80% referral rate, a BBB A+ rating, and thousands of completed projects across Central Texas.
Peter also invented the Rapid Rafter — a patent-pending dual-sided rafter square born from decades of real Central Texas jobsite problem-solving. It's now sold at Home Depot, McCoys, Ace Hardware, Amazon, and retailers nationwide. Popular Mechanics named it Gear of the Year 2025.
That hands-on, problem-solving mindset still runs through the whole team. As All Seasons grows, one thing stays the same: you'll talk to someone who knows your project, not a call center. The person who gives you a quote is connected to the crew that builds it.
No change orders. No surprise line items at the end. The number we give you is the number you pay. That's how it's been since 1984.
We don't sub your project out to whoever's available that week. The crew that breaks ground is the crew that does your final walkthrough.
42 years. Thousands of projects across Central Texas. Not a single negative review. In this industry, that's almost unheard of.
We've never run an ad — not a mailer, not a Google ad, not a yard sign. Every customer found us because someone they trust told them to call.
